WR OVEN roasted chickpeas

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Organic Chickpeas or Garbanzo Beans

  • 1-2 tsp WondeRoast Seasoning


  • 1 tsp Avocado Oil or any Neutral High Temp tolerant oil

  • 1 Fresh Organic Lemon

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400F

Step 1

Open and wash cans of chickpeas under running water until water runs clear

Step 2

Dry and ‘shell’ the chickpeas, lightly pinch each chickpea so the outer husk is removed - discard husks

Step 3

Place chickpeas on a foil lined baking sheet, coat with oil of choice, 1-2 teaspoons WondeRoast Seasoning and juice of half a lemon, toss about on baking sheet to ensure even coating

STEP 4

Bake in oven, convection if possible, for 45-60 minutes checking every 5 or so minutes after baking for 35 minutes. Stir around if needed to ensure even baking, once chickpeas are crunchy and dried they are ready to enjoy!
