  • Top grade stainless steel construction of exterior and interior (Insulated) Rotisserie cabinets - rugged, handsome, clean styling built for years of hard use.

  • Waterpan - provides high density moisture during roasting, seals in natural flavors and juices, tenderizes meat, minimizes shrinkage. Also serves as a drip pan…no smoking no burning and easy to clean.

  • Rotisserie Vent - small space between doors prevents steaming and fogging on the glass doors. Customers can see the product being prepared at all times and the vent also allows mild, appetizing aroma in the store.

  • The WondeRoaster is an easier machine to clean. Once a week line the interior of the roaster with aluminum foil and tape it in. The Rods and skewers should be soaked in water nightly and cleaned the following day. You can lift off the doors for easier cleaning.

  • Individual spit rods means no breakdowns - If a motor should burn out we operate at part capacity and the motors are easily replaced in a few minutes. The heating elements can also be replaced individually should one of them burn out.
