Grilled WR Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 6-ounce pork chops
2-3 tsp WondeRoast Seasoning
Optional: 1 Tbsp Neutral High Temp Oil such as Avocado or Canola Oil
Directions
Step 1
Prep your grill! Clean grill grates and preheat for cooking over medium-high heat
Step 2
Pat pork chops dry with paper towel
Optional Step: Lightly coat pork chops with oil of choice
Step 3
Season the chops evenly on all sides with WondeRoast Seasoning
STEP 4
Once grill is heated, place chops on grill & close lid cooking 4-6 minutes per side flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 140F or until desired doneness. Rest your chops for 5 minutes for juice redistribution prior to cutting & serving, the residual heat will continue to cook the chops while resting.
Note: You may want to adjust cooking time up or down if using thin cut chops or thick cut chops. Rotate in between flipping for beautiful cross grill marks.
