WondeRoasty Skirt Steak

Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • 1 1lb skirt steak


  • 2 tsp WondeRoast Seasoning


  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat or preheat cast iron skillet/griddle on stovetop on medium-high heat.

Step 2

Season your steak evenly with both seasonings making sure to coat all sides including the little nooks & crannies.

Step 3

Place steak on grill or skillet pressing down slightly to ensure contact is made for a nice sear. Depending on thickness, cook for 3-4 minutes flip and cook 3-4 minutes for medium rare, internal temperature should read 130-135F for medium rare, cook longer if desired doneness is well done.

Step 4

Rest your steak 5-10 minutes for juice redistribution prior to cutting & serving.

Step 5

Slice thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness!

Note: Steak cuts vary, please adjust seasoning amounts and cook time accordingly to weight and thickness of meat.
